At Snout and Pounce, we want you (and your pets!) to be delighted with every order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

• You must notify us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel.

• You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

• Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a full refund (including the original delivery cost) within 14 days.

• Please note: you are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

• Items that are perishable (e.g. food/treats), personalised, or made-to-order cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

• For hygiene reasons, used pet products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos if possible.

• We will offer you a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including any delivery costs).

• Return postage costs will be covered by Snout and Pounce.

4. How to Return an Item

To arrange a return:

1. Email us at office@snoutandpounce.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you the return instructions and address.

3. Pack the item securely and obtain proof of postage.

4. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed.

 

 5. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.

• Please allow up to 5–7 working days for the refund to appear on your account (depending on your payment provider).
