  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

  • During busy periods (such as seasonal sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always aim to keep you updated.

2. Delivery Options & Timescales

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom using trusted courier and postal services.

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order.

  • From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

4. Delivery Addresses

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering.

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • We currently only deliver within the UK. (If you would like international delivery, please contact us before ordering.)

5. Missed or Failed Deliveries

  • If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may leave it in a safe place, with a neighbour, or attempt redelivery.

  • If the parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, we can resend it once additional postage is paid.

6. Damaged or Missing Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

  • We will investigate and work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
